Yuting Jia

I am a master’s student in Statistics and a Graduate Research Assistant advised by Prof. Sinha. My interests include data science, machine learning, and natural language processing, focusing on biomedical applications. I specialize in healthcare data analysis, clinical trial design, biostatistics, epidemiology, biomedical image analysis, drug development, and big data analytics for personalized medicine. I aim to use big data and robust statistical methods to improve patient outcomes in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Born and raised in China for 18 years, I ventured to Canada for university in 2016, marking the beginning of my adulthood journey. Over the 7 years in Canada, I've immersed myself in learning and working experiences.
